How to Change The Timezone on my CentOS VPS?

CentOS:
1) Login as root
2) Type "cd /usr/share/zoneinfo
3) Type "ls"
4) Find your timezone. 
5) I shall use Brussels as an example type the folowing: "cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Brussels /etc/localtime"
You will now have the correct timezone on CentOS
